CERAMIC, BISQUE AND PORCELAIN IMPRINTABLES

JBL offers you a complete selection of CERAMIC, STONE,  BISQUE and PORCELAIN imprintables for both SUBLIMATION and COLOR LASER transfer.  Tiles, coasters and ornaments are available in a wide variety of shapes and sizes.  Our tiles are produced in the USA at quality coating facilities and have been selected as “best in class” for quality, durability/scratch resistance and UV fade.  We have thoroughly tested all the products we offer you.

HIGH GLOSS: This ceramic glossy tile is ideal for reproducing  both artwork and photos.  It is not scratch resistant and recommended for surfaces that do not require frequent cleaning.  Recommended primarily for decorative use.

SATIN HARD COAT:  This  is a very durable and scratch resistant matte finish wall tile. Recommended for vivid photo and art reproduction. You may use any commercially available adhesive for ceramic tile.  Tiles can be cleaned with any household non-abrasive cleaner and a soft cloth or sponge.

PORCELAIN:  This is an off white tile that produces soft subtle color. It is a non-porous tile, impervious to freeze/thaw conditions and also ideal for water applications. You may use standard adhesive recommended for porcelain tile.  Tiles can be cleaned with any household non-abrasive cleaner and a soft cloth or sponge.

 

TUMBLED STONE:  This tile has a flat stone finish that has an antique, old world look. The tiles are very porous and must be sealed if used in water applications such as showers or backsplashes. Each tile is individually cut, causing some variation in color, texture, size and thickness.  You may find chipped edges and corners missing on various tiles.   You may use standard adhesive recommended for tumbled stone tile. Tumbled stone tiles look great as coaster sets and indidual tiles displayed on easels.

BISQUE/CERAMIC IMPRINTABLES FOR COLOR LASER:

· Imported spacerless imported English Bisque Tiles in 4.25 and 6 inch sizes.

· Custom shapes cut to your specifications.

 

Note: These items are carefully prepared but do not need to be coated like similar items for sublimation.  This greatly reduces unit cost by more than 50%.

SMOOTH SATIN:  This a beautiful smooth satin finish tile that is ideal for interior design and murals.  This tile allows accurate, deep color reproduction with its silky, non glare finish.  Also great for standalone decorative tiles with an elegant look.

PORCELAIN AND BISQUE ORNAMENTS AND SHAPES

JBL offers an assortment of bisque and porcelain ornaments, shapes and plaques for holiday and year round display.  Add an ornament hanger for your customers to exhibit their ornaments on a shelf, table, dresser or desk.
